Azienda agricola biologica Scarp

Scarp is a family-owned biological farm with long tradition and deep roots in the sunny Blenio Valley (Ticino/Switzerland). On the farm, located in Semione, there are about seventy Highland cows, just over a hundred sheep and about 2,500 vine stumps. We produce organic beef and sheep meat, as well as several wines from our vineyards in the area, processed according to the methods of integrated production (EPR).

In the fraction of Scarp you will find our agritourism, surrounded by nature, which offers genuine and traditional cuisine with quality and seasonal products.

On the valley floor, near the cow farmhouse, we have set up a small self-service store where you can buy our products and more.

Meat sales:

We produce organic Highland beef and cow, sheep, lamb and pork charcuterie (seasonal only). You can buy our meat at our Self-Service store at Via Pian 1, Semione, you can order it directly from us, or order through ConProBio (a cooperative of organic consumers and producers in Ticino).

Wine Sales:

We produce various wines from local vineyards according to integrated production (IP) methods. You can buy our wine and Grappa directly from us. You can also find our wine at our little store.

Agritourism:

The agritourism is a rustic and cozy building where we cook for groups from 8 to 22 people, by reservation only. The cuisine consists of traditional dishes with products from our farm or regional, quality and seasonal products. 

We also have 3 rooms where it is possible to stay overnight.
